Robin is the Co-Founder of Pantala, a tech recruitment agency that connects South African software developers with fully remote international opportunities in Europe and the US. Before his relocation to Cape Town, Robin lived and worked in Amsterdam. He started his career in various sales roles in different organizations before rolling into recruitment. In his last role, Robin was a Principal Recruiter with one of the fastest-growing tech recruitment agencies in the Netherlands. When he is not working, and the wind blows, you can find Robin on a kiteboard at one of the Western Cape’s beautiful spots.
