Head of EMEA University & Military Veteran Recruitment at Amazon

Chelsea has rapidly grown within Amazon from an HR Recruiter to Amazon’s EMEA Head of University, Apprenticeship and Military Veteran Recruitment across five years. Her scope includes strategic planning of over 5,000 annual hires, from sourcing and attraction, through to ongoing development via internal programs to “hire ahead” future talent gaps. She is an active member of the Future Talent Council, CIPD Mentor and RL100, speaking to Amazon’s ability to continue to grow at scale and mitigate future talent gaps through early talent pipelines. Her passion is diversity, as an advocate for veterans transitioning to the workplace, alongside inclusive hiring processes for PWD and LGBTQIA+ talent across EMEA and beyond.
